We specialize in representing retailers and landlords with real estate needs throughout the Midwestern states and select other U.S. Markets.  Our strong relationships with the top national and local tenants, landlords, developers, and government officials provides for a diverse and deep knowledge of current and future trends in the retail real estate industry.

Andrew Robbins

Managing Principal

Andy Robbins formed ARCORE Real Estate Group with his partner Al Rodenbostel in 2011 after a combined 10 year career at Mid-America Real Estate Corporation and Mid-America Development Partners. Andy has knowledge and experience in all aspects of the deal process; tenant representation, property leasing, acquisition and development.  Over the last 17 years, Andy has represented numerous retailers with their expansion throughout Chicago and surrounding suburban markets; providing market research to create and implement a strategic growth plan, deal procurement and negotiations.  Presently, Andy is working as the broker and advisor for Fresh Thyme Farmers Market, Tesla Motors, Total Wine, Chuy’s, Panera Bread, Verizon Wireless, and more.

Specialties: Retail tenant representation, retail real estate investments, shopping center leasing, development acquisition and entitlement.

Al Rodenbostel

Managing Principal

In 2011 Al and his partner Andrew Robbins formed ARCORE Real Estate Group specializing in retail brokerage services including, landlord representation, tenant representation, market research, and investment and acquisition services. Over the last 19 years, Al has assisted national and regional retailers and developers with comprehensive market analysis and real estate marketing, leasing, and acquisitions throughout the U.S.  Presently, Al is working as the broker and advisor for Fresh Thyme Farmer’s Market, Tesla Motors, Total Wine, Kirkland’s, Destination Pet, Sonic, and more.

Specialties:  Retail tenant representation, retail real estate investments, shopping center leasing, development acquisition and entitlement.

Scott Dolan

Principal

Scott W. Dolan began his real estate career in June 2006. Over the past 10 years Scott has taken on many roles that developed his excellent leadership, market knowledge and strong dedication to work detail which add to his brokerage leadership and responsibility throughout the Midwest.

Currently, Scott has is working with notable tenants such as Helzberg Diamonds, Payless Shoesource, Chuck E. Cheese, Rue 21, Sonic, TCBY/ Mrs. Fields, Chuy’s, Granite City Brewery, Kirkland’s, Front Burner Restaurants, MyEyeDr. Waterway Car Wash and more.  Along with a strong tenant portfolio he has been involved with the product representation.

Specialties: Tenant and Landlord representation, Development, and investment and acquisition services.

Education: Graduate from Miami University (Oxford, Ohio) with a Bachelor of Science in Communications. He is a licensed salesperson in Illinois and an active member of the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).

Mike Streit

Principal/Director of Leasing

In 2012 Mike joined ARCORE Real Estate Group to lead their landlord representation division. Over the last 16 years, Mike has assisted national, regional and local owners with comprehensive market analysis and real estate marketing, leasing, and dispositions throughout the Midwest.  Presently, Mike and his team are working as the broker and advisor for Ramco Gershenson, The Fidelity Group, Kite Realty, Jewel Osco, Westwood Financial, The Bond Companies, The Taxman Corporation, White Castle and more.

Specialties:  Retail landlord representation, shopping center leasing, outlot sales, surplus property disposition.

Courtney Darin

Leasing Representative

In 2014 Courtney joined ARCORE Real Estate Group as part of the landlord representation team.

Over the last two years Courtney has helped with the leasing, real estate marketing and market analysis for a variety of shopping center owners. Presently, Courtney is working as the broker for Ramco Gershenson, Kite Realty, Jewel Osco, The Bond Companies, The Taxman Corporation, and more.

John Maresh

Senior Sales Associate

John joined ARCORE in 2013 primarily focusing on tenant representation of retail clients.  In addition to retail, John has successfully navigated office and industrial tenants to secure space throughout the city and suburbs of Chicagoland.  After a six year career as a Senior Derivatives Trader specializing in market analysis, risk mitigation, and performance management, John was able to pursue his passion of real estate. While successfully navigating and adapting to the rapidly evolving futures market, John has learned to adapt similar market analysis and critical thinking to the commercial real estate markets.

Since joining ARCORE, John has served as a valuable addition to the Fresh Thyme Farmers Market master broker team with roles including account management, comprehensive market analysis, site selection and deal facilitation throughout the Midwest. In addition to Fresh Thyme John works with Domino’s, Wagly’s, and more.

Nora Sweeney

Leasing Representative

Nora joined ARCORE Real Estate Group in 2017 as a part of the landlord representation team.

Nora helps with the leasing, real estate marketing and market analysis for a variety of shopping center owners.  She works alongside the landlord representation team to support a group of clients including Ramco Gershenson, Kite Realty, Jewel Osco, The Taxman Corporation, and more.

Nora S

Wyatt McIntyre

Director of Market Research

Wyatt McIntyre joined ARCORE Real Estate Group in 2012 as the Director of Market Research. Prior to ARCORE Wyatt was a Political Consultant working in Target Management, Resource Allocation and Demographic Profiling for various different governments, elected officials and campaigns. His combination of education and experience makes him a good fit for the ARCORE Team as they work to help clients and retailers make educated decisions based on a strong combination solid information and data structure that compliments the market experience of ARCORE’s individual brokers.

Specialties: Predictive Analysis, Modeling, Market Research, Geographic Information Systems (GIS), Geovisualization.

Dawn Nielsen

Office Manager

In 2015 Dawn joined ARCORE Real Estate Group as their Office Manager.  Prior to ARCORE, Dawn previously was at Edgemark Commercial Real Estate for 10 years where she started as their Administrative Assistant and worked her way up to Marketing Specialist.
